The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a warm atmosphere throughout our stay.
The key card system was frustrating, as we had to reset our cards almost every day.

Exploring Funchal's charm 🌴
Staff at the front desk were super friendly and helpful, especially Sofia—she made our stay so much nicer! The brekkie was nice, not gourmet, but it had enough to keep us happy every morning. the pool area on the 4th floor had lovely views—perfect for a good chill!
The mattress wasn't the most comfy I've experienced, could definitely be better.

great views but some room for improvement
The room had a fantastic sea view that truly enhanced our stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, making dining experiences enjoyable. The breakfast buffet offered a decent selection, which kept mornings pleasant. Sitting on the balcony with that view was a highlight of my trip!
The air conditioning was a bit inconsistent, which made some nights uncomfortable.

the location could’ve been nicer, not central at all, and our supposedly superior room had a bathroom that was absoluteley smelly, like, come on! also, after paying for my stay upfront, i was really expecting a complimentary drink or something, but no, that was too much to ask. i almost thought about a good review but just couldn’t.

The rooftop bar offers stunning unobstructed views of the surroundings, which is a solid spot for a drink. The breakfast spread includes a decent variety, and a standout feature is the comfortable beds that had us wanting to sleep in every day.
We faced some issues with noise from the nearby road, especially during the day, which might bug light sleepers. The bathroom design is all glass, compromising privacy. a bizarre choice for a hotel. the air conditioning has an annoying tendency to turn off when you open the balcony door, which restricts airflow during hot weather. You also have to pick up pool towels from reception instead of having them readily available at the pool, which is inconvenient. The parking situation is pricey, making it a hassle if you depend on your vehicle to get around.

Lovely rooftop bar with a happy hour. Room faced the road, quite noisy during the day. Location close to shops made it easy to grab essentials. Didn't like the limited breakfast variety—could really improve.

I had a lovely stay, especially enjoying the clean and spacious rooms and the delicious breakfast with plenty of options. The pool area was perfect for relaxation, with ample sun loungers and a nice terrace to unwind. Only downside was the slight mustiness in the hallway, but it didn’t ruin the overall good vibes! 😊

Perfect location for exploring!
Had a cool time chillin' at the rooftop pool, the views were awesome! The room was spacious with a nice balcony, but the AC was a bit funky. Breakfast was decent, nothing fancy but good enough to start the day. Super close to shops and buses, which made getting around easy.
